Practice breathing in through your nose whilst blowing bubbles into a glass of water using a straw. Then use the same principal when playing the didge and you will start to circular breath. maybe not straight away but it will happen eventually. And once it does well you'll have it for life! and your didge will now take you on a never-ending journey of discovery! |
