It depends on the player. The sound of a didgeridoo is a droning sound maybe like a very loud sort of bee or insect that makes a soft buzz at a certain pitch but on top of that drone any animal could come to play. It is an organic sounding instrument not very windy but more exact sounding. It is a sound that comes from deep within the earth the sound of whatever tree it was born of and the sound of it's creator and it's player all combined. How can I describe this?! One must hear the didgeridoo to know. |
