Funeral closes Twin Falls

Kakadu National Park's Twin Falls will be closed at the request of traditional owners, who are holding a funeral ceremony.

It is the first time the director of national parks has closed an area of Kakadu for ceremonial reasons.

A three-day mourning period is being held after the death of a young man, who worked as a guide in Kakadu.

Twin Falls will remain closed until the next dry season.
