Traditional owners in the Northern Territory's Roper River region have received the title deeds to the 1,800 square kilometre Urapunga Station. The Federal Government handed the station to about 1,200 traditional owners in a special ceremony at the site. The Ngalakgan people hope to develop Urupunga into a profitable cattle station or tourism venture.
